Week By Week Plan
WEEK ONE
SANDHYA VANDANE (SV) or THE GODDESS SYNC PROCESS
Learn and Embody a Twice a day Ritual to integrate all 3 Frequencies into your day seamlessly. This simplifies the embodiment and creates daily deepening and integration.
You will learn the MORNING RITUAL on the week one coaching call and then practice it together for 7 days. Then we all get access to Whatsapp coaching on this as a group.
WEEK TWO
You will learn the EVENING RITUAL on the week two coaching call and then practice both mornings and evenings together for 7 days. Then we all get access to Whatsapp coaching on this as a group.
Week two you also create your INTERNAL SUPPORT STRUCTURE: What is most needed to assist your mind, body and soul to their expansion?
WEEK THREE
ENVISION THE PATH
Get clarity on what you are calling in. Build the map you need to traverse, to get there. Finding the one with the domino effect!
We will also find what in your subconscious is blocking it and get to work
INNER CHILD REPROGRAMMING
You will meet your Inner Child and Create Safety for them. Then we will start to reprogram the subconscious to dissolve certain key wounds to the Inner Child.

HEALING THROUGH ESSENTIAL OIL
Working further on repatterning - especially focused on current goals of EMBODYING THE SHIFTS and the blockers to them.
NLP BASED HEALING AND REPROGRAMMING, AND COACHING
This will us going really deep to the root of your fears and what’s holding you back or has created trauma in the past that may be known or unknown.

WEEK 7
SPIRITUAL HEALING - Guest Advanced Channeler and Akashic Reader.
You will receive a light code update to your SUBTLE BODY. This will be a magical update for your to feel deep integration of the work you will do, and stepping into the new level of manifestation.
WEEK 8
MIND, BODY, and BREATH INTEGRATION
You will be assisted in a group to practice balancing your Masculine and Feminine Sides as well as experience the deepest REST as a woman with Yog Nidra.
